RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MCG Heritage & Bookshop, operated by Methodist Heritage Investment & Development Group LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and materials intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, licensing, and content-integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage or defect:

  • Devotional materials, Bible study guides, and printed books once opened or used
  • Digital or downloadable products (e-books, digital conference agendas, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-order items (e.g., customized apparel or engraved items)
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Conference agendas, tickets, or event-related materials once the event date has passed

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. How to Start a Return

1.  Email us at  hradmin@mcgnamd.org or use the Contact Us page on mcgheritagestore.shop with your order number and reason for return.

2.  Our team will review your request and send return instructions, including the return shipping address, within 2 business days.

3.  Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

7. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate this when starting your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

9. Late or Missing Refunds
