SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MCG Heritage & Bookshop, operated by Methodist Heritage Investment & Development Group LLC. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through mcgheritagestore.shop.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during major conferences, Synod gatherings, or diocesan events may experience slightly longer processing times, and any delay will be communicated by email.

  • Personalized or custom items (e.g., customized apparel, engraved items) may require additional processing time of up to 5 business days.
  • Pre-order and conference-specific items ship according to the date specified on the product listing.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the following regions:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Canada, including the Toronto (Canada Circuit) area
  • Select international destinations, including Australia, in connection with our distribution partnership with the Bible Society of Ghana

If your delivery address falls outside these regions, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (US & Canada): 5–10 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping (US & Canada): 2–4 business days after processing, where available
  • International Shipping (including Australia): 10–21 business days after processing, depending on customs processing

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable promotional free-shipping thresholds will be displayed on the site and at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country on international shipments.
  • Bulk orders for church conferences, Synod events, or leadership summits may qualify for freight or group-shipping rates; please contact us directly to arrange these orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. MCG Heritage & Bookshop is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can trace the shipment with the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Shipments confirmed as delivered by the carrier but not received should be reported to us within 5 business days for investigation.

8. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items, including a mix of in-stock and pre-order products, may be split into separate shipments. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments resulting from our inventory availability.

9. Event & Conference Deliveries

For orders tied to a specific conference, Synod gathering, or diocesan event date, please place your order well in advance of the event to allow for standard processing and shipping times. MCG Heritage & Bookshop is not responsible for orders that do not arrive before an event date due to shipping carrier delays.
